Thank you for the opportunity to work with your amazing local NY brand. I am a big fan of all your products especially your popcorn :)
For your piece, I would focus on using vintage NY license plates from the 70s and the Stature of Liberty States.
For all options, either piece would be hand-cut and sculpted and mounted on painted aluminum which would be ready to be hung.
Option #1 - Hal’s New York main logo w/ NYC skyline. Colors are a placeholder…will/can be changed as I create the piece.
Option #2 - recreate the bag of pretzels out of license plates on painted aluminum. Aluminum would be cut to shape of bag to provide illusion of a huge bag. I would be able to capture all the details including bag verbiage and pretzel shadows. Showing brick wall as background to show how bag would be cut.
Option #3 - Classic “pop art” look. Most time consuming to make. Some of the smaller text details would be lost but Hal’s branding would be clear and products will be easily identified. I would also work in a bunch of smaller details and easter eggs as I create each quad.
